Being 32 yrs old, getting braces was something that I was super apprehensive about. I can't say enough about how happy am with my experience at Batesole Orthodontics. I had severe crowding and a major underbite. After two years my smile and teeth look great, and with Dr. Batesole's expertise I didn't have to undergo jaw surgery to fix the underbite. All of the staff is wonderful and make each visit enjoyable. Appointments are flexible and everything is done around your schedule. They took my insurance and billing was set up with a convenient schedule. I would highly recommend Batesole Orthodontics!
My son had a severe overbite and several other issues. We have had experience with another Ortho, but was not all together happy with my prior experience with my other children. We found Dr. Batesole and were immediately thrilled. First of all, he is highly competent, and has all of the state of the art equipment to show you what his plan is for your child. Secondly, he clearly loves to interact with these kids and adults. He is very engaging and makes the entire process less painful for all. His office staff is great, easy to get a hold of and responsive. There is a complete easy of parking at their office - no parking fees. (that too really meant a lot to me) He also has easy payment plans. We had a great experience in every area. My son just got off his braces and looks great!!!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Batesole for your child's or adult needs.
I really liked Dr B, he put me at ease. He listened to my background and his ideas for treatment were in line with what I'd heard at 2 other appointments. Told you, I do my research. His staff was very sweet. I liked the interaction in the office between them all... It was a very comfortable, yet professional atmosphere. I knew I needed to LOVE the staff and the office if I'd be going there once a month for the next year or 2! I started treatment in July 2009. I had to stop in November 2009 due to periodontal issues out of Dr Batesole's hands. Wynter even tried to help me find a perio for a 2nd consult but wasn't familiar with names we found via my insurance. I can't wait to get back to my orthodontic treatment with Dr B and his staff.
