Your First Visit
| Wynter Hallis, Treatment Coordinator |
When you come in for your consultation, you'll be greeted by our treatment coordinator who will show you around the office. Dr. Batesole will then join you in our consultation room for a thorough (and painless) exam. Dr. Batesole will first determine if it's the right time to begin treatment. If it is, he will go over a preliminary treatment plan and answer any questions you may have. The best results are achieved when patients and their parent(s) understand the treatment process, so this time is really valuable.
- Your consultation will start on-time
- You will receive an honest evaluation
- We will outline all the costs associated with the treatment, so there will be no hidden fees
- There is no pressure to commit on the spot. We want you to be confident in your decision
- We will answer any questions you may have
Insurance and Estimates
Once you have gotten to know Dr. Batesole and feel comfortable with the treatment process, we will review the cost estimate. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card to the appointment so we can give you a personalized breakdown of what your particular plan will cover.
Starting Treatment
Many patients (and parents) like to make the most out of this first visit. If you come prepared to make your initial deposit we can get started right away. The next step will be to have x-rays taken so Dr. Batesole can develop a detailed treatment plan. Within about a week, you could be back in our office to have your braces put on. We really believe in treating our patients like family, so if ever you have any questions, feel free to call us at (949) 770-8011.
